Victra in Tampa, FL, is hiring a Business Account Executive focused on winning new logos through proactive outbound prospecting. This role emphasizes new-logo acquisition, not account management, and involves cold calling, door-to-door outreach, networking, and tailored mobile solutions.

You will build relationships with prospective business customers, conduct in-person and virtual meetings, manage a robust pipeline in the CRM, and strive to exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Formación

• Prior sales experience preferred, outbound prospecting and cold calling.
• Entry-level candidates with hustle will be considered.
• Able to make a high volume of cold calls and door-to-door prospecting daily.
• Resilient, self-motivated in a rejection-heavy sales environment.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect for new business daily through outbound cold calling, in-person door-to-door canvassing, networking, and other lead-generation methods.
• Build genuine, trust-based relationships with prospective business owners and decision-makers from the first conversation.
• Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with prospective business customers to understand their needs and recommend mobile technology and tailored application solutions.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly activity targets for calls, doors knocked, and new meetings set.
