UKG is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive net-new logo sales in the mid-market space within the United States. You will present HCM/Payroll solutions to final decision makers, develop proposals, and maintain deep knowledge of the HCM/SaaS landscape to win complex deals.

The role rewards a proven hunter with 3+ years of success selling HRMS/Payroll solutions, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage a territory end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of proven success selling HRMS/Payroll solutions.
• Must have worked primarily as a New Logo Rep (Hunter) and exceeded quotas.
• Strong knowledge of HCM/SaaS industry.

Responsabilités

• Consistently exceed sales quotas.
• Present HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory.
• Identify sales opportunities and develop proposals for HRMS/Payroll solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of solutions, technology and capabilities to solve customer challenges.
• Maintain an incredibly organized approach and use diverse prospecting strategies.
