Job summary

Lennar in Orlando is seeking a New Home Consultant to guide homebuyers from first contact to closing. You will apply proactive sales techniques, manage customer relationships, and ensure a smooth home-buying experience.

You’ll visit communities, maintain the Welcome Center, and collaborate with internal teams to close sales. A high school diploma is required; a college degree and real estate license are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of experience in new home sales, real estate, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage visitors and determine home buying needs using Lennar's selling philosophy.
• Generate, process, and close home sales through self-generated or referred leads.
• Provide timely follow-through from initial contact to closing and post-closing activities.
• Travel locally to generate leads from Realtors/Co-Broker referrals and self-prospecting.
• Develop knowledge of competitive market, products, and sales trends.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth transaction and customer satisfaction.
