Job summary

Lennar is seeking a New Home Consultant to guide homebuyers through the purchase process—from first contact to closing—using a proactive sales approach. You will manage relationships, generate leads, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transaction and outstanding customer experience.

Applicants should have 1–3 years in new home sales or real estate, a strong command of Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree and real estate license preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in new home sales, real estate, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales tracking tools.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage visitors and determine home buying needs using Lennar selling philosophy.
• Generate, process, and close home sales from leads or referrals.
• Provide timely follow-through from initial contact to closing and post-closing.
• Maintain Welcome Home Center, model homes, and inventory homes; report maintenance needs.
• Travel locally to generate leads from Realtors/Co-Brokers and referrals.
• Develop knowledge of competitive market, products, and community details.
• Record daily customer traffic using company tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and high satisfaction.
• Participate in sales meetings and neighborhood promotions to drive sales.
