Job summary

Lennar is seeking a New Home Consultant to guide buyers through the purchase process, from first contact to closing, at Lennar communities. You will generate leads, build relationships with visitors and realtors, and maintain center models and inventory homes while representing Lennar’s standards.

You will participate in trainings and community events, ensuring superb customer service and timely follow-through from inquiry to post-closing. Join a team that values growth and community impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree and real estate license preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in homebuilding or real estate sales preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage visitors to understand home buying needs using the selling philosophy.
• Self-generate sales leads through community engagement and realtor partnerships.
• Develop knowledge of products, communities, and demographics.
• Provide follow-through from initial contact to post-closing with clear records.
• Participate in sales meetings, promotions, and marketing programs.
• Maintain Welcome Home Center models and inventory homes.
• Complete required training and participate in community events and phone banks.
