Lennar is seeking a New Home Consultant to guide homebuyers from first contact to closing. You will leverage Lennar’s selling philosophy to identify needs, generate leads, and drive sales while maintaining top-tier customer service throughout the process.

The role requires 1–3 years in new home sales or related fields, strong communication, and the ability to work on-site at Lennar communities. High school diploma required; real estate license preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree and real estate license preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in new home sales, real estate, or related field.
• Proven ability to build relationships and close sales.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Engage visitors, establish relationships, and determine their home buying needs.
• Generate, process, and close home sales through self-generated or referred leads, leveraging the selling approach.
• Provide consistent and timely follow-through with customers from initial contact through closing and post-closing.
• Maintain the condition of the Welcome Home Center, model homes, and inventory homes; communicate maintenance needs and ensure timely resolution.
• Travel throughout the local community to generate leads from Realtor/Co-Broker businesses, referrals, and proactive self-prospecting.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth transaction and exceptional customer satisfaction.
