Job summary

Lennar is seeking a New Home Consultant to guide homebuyers through the purchasing process, from initial engagement to closing. You will apply proactive sales techniques and CRM to ensure a seamless experience while leveraging knowledge of the housing market to inform buyers.

In this role, you will travel to communities, prospect via Realtor referrals, and collaborate with internal teams to drive sales and customer satisfaction. A high school diploma is required; a real estate license is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree and real estate license preferred.
• Proven ability to build relationships and close sales.

Responsibilities

• Engage visitors and establish relationships to determine home buying needs.
• Generate, process, and close home sales from leads.
• Provide timely follow-through from initial contact through closing and post-closing activities.
• Maintain Welcome Home Center, model homes, and inventory homes; report maintenance needs.
