Your Talent Team in Katy, TX is seeking a Sales Representative for new home sales. The role emphasizes a proven track record in new home construction sales, strong business development, and the ability to guide buyers through financing and closing processes.

A Bachelor’s or Associate degree and 2+ years of sales experience are preferred. Saturdays are required, with opportunities for high earnings and solid benefits.

Qualificações

• The position requires knowledge of sales typically gained through completion of a Bachelor's Degree or Associates (Business, Marketing, etc).
• 2+ years of solid inside-outside sales experience (new construction home sales preferred).
• Familiar with prospecting, sales, and closing techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Overcome objections to the sale using objection handling processes.
• Create urgency to buy.
• Register prospects with complete demographic information and follow up with prospective buyers.
• Achieve high customer satisfaction by setting proper expectations at purchase.
• Guide buyers through mortgage, lot purchase, sale of current home, finishes selections, and building process to closing.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support for others on the sales team.
• Use Sales Processes to build rapport and discover buyer needs and timing.
• Differentiate homes by presenting the building process and focusing on buyer needs.
• Qualify buyers financially with finance programs (conventional, FHA, VA) and tax benefits.
