Aspire Talent Solutions in Katy, TX seeks a Sales Representative for New Home Sales to drive growth by engaging buyers, presenting build options, and guiding them through financing and lot selection.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree, 2+ years in inside/outside sales (new home construction preferred), and strong prospecting, presentation, and closing skills. Saturdays are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in business/marketing or related field.
• 2+ years of solid inside-outside sales experience, preferably in new home construction.
• Strong knowledge of sales fundamentals: prospecting, presenting, and closing.
• Real estate license is not required.

Responsabilidades

• Overcome objections using proven sales processes.
• Register prospects with complete demographic information and follow up regularly.
• Guide buyers through mortgage financing, lot purchase, finishes selections, and building process to closing.
• Provide coaching and support to other sales team members.
• Identify buyer needs, build rapport, and establish timely follow-ups.
• Respond to leads and meet potential customers.
