Confident Search Consultants is seeking a Sales Representative for New Home Sales in Katy, TX. The role targets candidates with proven new-home construction sales experience and a strong business development background to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Business or Marketing.
• 2+ years of solid inside-outside sales experience, preferably in new construction home sales.
• Familiar with sales fundamentals: prospecting, selling, and closing techniques.

Responsabilités

• Overcome objections to the sale using effective handling strategies.
• Create urgency to buy and register prospects with complete demographic information.
• Guide buyers through mortgage, lot purchase, finishes selections, and building process to closing.
• Provide coaching and support for the sales team and share best practices.
• Differentiate homes by presenting the building process and value to buyer needs.
• Qualify buyers for financing programs (conventional, FHA, VA) and related tax benefits.
• Respond to lead-calls, meet potential customers, and follow up on ideas with the construction team.
• Review plans with customers and coordinate with banks to close loans.
