Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of inside/outside sales experience; new construction home sales preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; Saturdays possible.

Responsibilities

• Overcome objections using proven handling processes.
• Register prospects with accurate demographic information and follow up with buyers.
• Guide buyers through mortgage, lot purchase, finishes selections, and construction steps to close.
• Provide coaching and share best practices with the sales team.
• Differentiate homes by presenting building process and value to buyers.
• Financially qualify buyers and understand financing programs (conventional, FHA, VA).
• Respond to leads and meet potential customers; 5 days per week (Saturdays required).
