Job summary

Talent With Heart in Katy, TX seeks a Sales Representative for New Home Sales. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of inside/outside sales in new home construction or related fields and a bachelor’s or associate degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Associate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of solid inside-outside sales experience, preferably in new construction home sales.
• Exposure to construction field-operations environment is highly desirable.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Real estate license not required.

Responsibilities

• Overcome objections to the sale using established handling processes.
• Create urgency to buy.
• Register prospects with complete demographic information and follow up frequently.
• Achieve high customer satisfaction by setting expectations at purchase.
• Guide buyers through mortgage, lot purchase, finishes, and building process to closing.
• Provide coaching and support for other sales team members.
• Use effective sales processes to build rapport and uncover buyers' needs and timing.
• Differentiate homes by presenting our building process and focusing on buyer needs.
• Qualify buyers financially with finance programs (conventional, FHA, VA) and tax benefits.
