Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate in Business/Marketing.
• Construction field exposure is highly desirable.
• 2+ years of solid inside-outside sales experience (new home sales preferred).
• Familiar with prospecting, sales, and closing techniques.

Responsabilités

• Overcome objections to the sale using established processes.
• Create urgency to buy and register 100% of prospects.
• Guide buyers through mortgage, lot purchase, finishes, and building steps to closing.
• Provide coaching and support to sales team through knowledge sharing.
