True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative for New Home Sales in Katy, TX. The role requires a proven track record in new home construction sales and a solid business development background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business/Marketing preferred.
• Exposure to the construction field-operations environment is desirable (e.g., Superintendent, Field Engineer, Construction Manager).
• 2+ years of solid inside-outside sales experience, preferably in new home sales.
• Familiar with sales fundamentals: prospecting, selling, and closing techniques.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation, and PC skills. Real estate license not required.

Responsibilities

• Overcome objections during the sales process using defined objection handling.
• Create urgency to encourage timely purchase decisions.
• Register prospects with complete demographic information and follow up consistently.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by setting clear expectations at purchase.
• Guide buyers through mortgage, lot selection, finishes, and construction process to close.
• Provide coaching and support to other sales team members.
