Red Seal Recruiting Ltd. seeks a Sales Representative for New Home Sales in Katy, TX. Ideal candidates have a proven track record in new home construction sales and strong business development background. We welcome those transitioning from construction management roles to sales.

The role emphasizes overcoming objections, registering prospects, guiding buyers through mortgage and building processes, and coordinating with the construction team to meet customized plans. Saturdays required.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Business/Marketing preferred.
• 2+ years inside-outside sales, preferably in new construction home sales.
• Proficient in prospecting, selling, and closing techniques.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills; PC literate.
• Real estate license not required or preferred.
• Able to respond to leads and meet potential customers.
• Experience coordinating with construction teams to customize plans.
• Ability to review plans with customers and coordinate financing.

Responsabilidades

• Overcome objections to the sale using objection handling processes.
• Create urgency to buy.
• Register 100% prospects with complete demographic information and follow up as often as possible.
• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction by setting proper expectations at time of purchase agreement.
• Guide buyers through mortgage process, lot purchase, sale of current home, finishes selections, and building process to closing.
• Provide ongoing coaching, training and support for others on the sales team.
• Utilize effective sales processes to build rapport and discover buyer's needs, ability to buy, and timing.
• Differentiate our homes by presenting our building process and focus on buyer's needs.
• Financially qualify buyers through understanding finance programs (conventional, FHA, VA) and tax benefits.
