Job summary

Htprof in Katy, TX seeks a results-driven Sales Representative for New Home Construction. You will engage buyers, present our building process, overcome objections, and guide customers through mortgage, lot purchase, and the path to a successful closing.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Business or Marketing and 2+ years of inside-outside sales experience, preferably in new construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of inside-outside sales experience; new construction sales preferred.
• Familiar with prospecting, sales, and closing techniques.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and PC skills.
• Real estate license not required or preferred.
• Respond to leads and meet potential customers; follow up on ideas.
• Review plans with customers and coordinate with banks to close loans.

Responsibilities

• Overcome objections to the sale using established processes.
• Create urgency to buy and register prospects with accurate data.
• Guide buyers through mortgage, lot purchase, and construction process to closing.
• Provide coaching and best-practice support for the sales team.
• Differentiate homes by presenting the building process and value to buyers.
• Financially qualify buyers with financing programs and tax benefits.
