Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Associates in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of solid inside-outside sales experience, preferably in new construction sales.
• Familiar with prospecting, sales, and closing techniques.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills; proficient PC user.
• Real estate license not required or preferred.
• Willing to work Saturdays and follow a 5-day schedule.

Responsibilities

• Overcome objections to the sale and apply objection handling processes.
• Create urgency to buy and register prospects with complete demographics.
• Follow up with prospective buyers to maximize engagement and conversions.
• Achieve high customer satisfaction by setting clear expectations at purchase.
• Guide buyers through mortgage, lot purchase, and finishes selections to closing.
• Provide coaching and support for sales team using best practices.
