Soap Creek Resources in Katy, TX is seeking a Sales Representative for New Home Sales. The role requires proven experience in new home construction sales and strong business development.

Prior construction management exposure is a plus, with a path from construction roles into sales possible. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of inside-outside sales, familiarity with financing options (conventional, FHA, VA), and ability to coach others.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of solid inside-outside sales experience; new construction sales preferred.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in business/marketing related field.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Overcome objections and create urgency to buy.
• Register prospects with complete demographic information and follow up with buyers.
• Guide buyers through mortgage, lot purchase, design selections, and building process to closing.
• Provide coaching and support to sales team; share knowledge and best practices.
• Differentiate homes by presenting building process and focusing on buyers' needs.
• Qualify buyers financially through understanding financing options (conventional, FHA, VA).
• Attend to five days per week schedule, including Saturdays.
