• Familiar with prospecting, sales, and closing techniques; strong communication skills.

• Overcome objections to the sale using established handling processes.
• Create urgency to buy and register 100% of prospects with complete demographic information.
• Guide buyers through mortgage, lot purchase, and building process to closing.
• Provide coaching and support to the sales team and share best practices.
• Differentiate homes by presenting the building process and focusing on buyer needs.
• Qualify buyers financially via finance programs (conventional, FHA, VA) and tax benefits.
