Job summary

The role requires 2+ years of inside/outside sales, exposure to construction field operations preferred, and a willingness to work Saturdays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of solid inside-outside sales experience.
• New construction home sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree required.
• Familiarity with sales fundamentals: prospecting, selling, closing.

Responsibilities

• Overcome objections to the sale using established handling processes.
• Create urgency to drive purchases.
• Register prospects with complete demographic information and follow up.
• Achieve high customer satisfaction by setting expectations at purchase.
• Guide buyers through mortgage, lot purchase, and building process to closing.
• Provide coaching and support for the sales team.
