Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group in Katy, TX is seeking a Sales Representative for New Home Sales to join a growing team. You will build relationships with buyers and guide them through construction milestones to closing, including mortgage options and lot selections.

Requirements include 2+ years of inside-outside sales, a Bachelor’s or Associate degree, and strong prospecting, presentation and closing skills. Real estate license is not required, with Saturday work expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate in Business, Marketing, etc.
• 2+ years of inside-outside sales experience (new home sales preferred).
• Familiar with prospecting, sales and closing techniques.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation, and PC skills.
• Real estate license not required.

Responsibilities

• Overcome objections using objection handling processes.
• Create urgency to buy.
• Register 100% prospects with complete demographic information and follow up.
• Guide buyers through mortgage, lot purchase, finishes selections and building process to closing.
• Provide coaching and support for others on the sales team.
• Differentiate homes by presenting the building process and focusing on buyers’ needs.
• Qualify buyers financially with conventional, FHA, VA programs.
