Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate in Business/Marketing or related field.
• 2+ years of solid inside-outside sales experience, preferably in new home sales.
• Knowledge of sales fundamentals: prospecting, closing, and follow-up.
• Familiarity with financing programs (conventional, FHA, VA) is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Overcome objections using structured processes.
• Create urgency to buy and register 100% of prospects with complete demographic info.
• Guide buyers through mortgage process, lot purchase, and finishes selections to closing.
• Provide coaching and support to the sales team.
