Talent Solutions Partners in Katy, TX seeks a Sales Representative for New Home Sales. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in new home construction sales, strong business development skills, and the ability to guide buyers through mortgage, lot purchases, finishes selections, and the building process to a successful closing.

Key responsibilities include overcoming objections, creating urgency, registering prospects with full details, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Business or Marketing.
• Exposure to construction field operations preferred.
• 2+ years inside-outside sales experience in new construction sales preferred.
• Familiar with prospecting, sales, and closing techniques.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation, PC, and teamwork skills.
• Real estate license not required.

Responsibilities

• Overcome objections to the sale using approved handling processes.
• Create urgency to buy and register prospects with complete information.
• Guide buyers through mortgage, lot purchase, finishes, and building process to close.
• Provide coaching and support for the sales team.
• Utilize sales processes to build rapport and uncover buyer needs.
