Acloché LLC in Katy, TX is seeking a Sales Representative for New Home Sales to build a growing client base and drive revenue. You will guide buyers through mortgage processes, lot purchases, and customization options, while maintaining strong relationships with buyers and lenders.

The role emphasizes obtaining high customer satisfaction, meeting weekly sales goals, and collaborating with construction and finance teams to ensure a smooth closing process.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Exposure to construction field-operations environment preferred.
• 2+ years of solid inside-outside sales experience, new construction home sales preferred.
• Familiar with prospecting, sales, and closing techniques.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation, PC, and teamwork skills.
• Real estate license not required or preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Overcome objections to the sale using structured processes.
• Create urgency to buy and register prospects with complete data.
• Guide buyers through mortgage, lot purchase, finishes, and building steps to closing.
• Provide coaching and support to the sales team with best practices.
• Utilize proven sales processes to build rapport and identify buyer needs.
• Differentiate homes by explaining building process and buyer value.
