Job summary

Connectly Recruiting seeks a Sales Representative for New Home Sales in Katy, TX. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, focusing on new home construction opportunities and guiding buyers through financing, lot selection, and build processes.

You will work in a dynamic team, applying proven methods to differentiate our homes, and you will mentor peers, ensuring superior customer experience with every purchase. College-level sales background preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 2+ years of solid inside-outside sales experience, preferably in new construction home sales
• Exposure to construction field-operations (superintendent, field engineer, construction manager) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Overcome objections to the sale using established processes
• Create urgency to buy and register prospects with complete demographics
• Guide buyers through mortgage, lot purchase, finishes, and building processes to closing
• Provide coaching and support to other sales team members
• Apply proven sales processes to build rapport and uncover buyer needs and timing
• Differentiate our homes by presenting the building process and value to buyers
• Qualify buyers financially with understanding of finance programs (conventional, FHA, VA) and tax benefits
