Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, prior sales experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous sales experience is required; new home sales experience is preferred.
• Experience using social media to drive sales traffic strongly preferred.
• Ability to connect with people and build professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and provide literature, information, and handouts.
• Respond to customer requests for more information.
• Demonstrate models, homes, and sites; discuss floor plans and options.
• Overcome objections and close sales with customer satisfaction.
