Job summary

KB Home is seeking a New Home Sales Counselor to meet prospective buyers, showcase newly built homes, and guide clients toward closing. You will respond to inquiries, demonstrate models, and discuss floor plans and construction details, while building relationships with buyers and brokers.

The role requires a real estate license, strong communication skills, and a track record in sales. A flexible schedule and local travel between communities are expected, with earnings including base pay plus

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current local Real Estate license required.
• Previous sales experience required; new home sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency with social media to drive sales traffic is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and provide literature and information.
• Demonstrate models and discuss floor plans, construction, and options.
• Respond to requests for information and overcome objections to close sales.
• Manage offers, loan follow-ups, and track sales and cancellations.
• Conduct weekly follow-up calls with buyers through closing.
• Build relationships with brokers and conduct presentations to attract them.
