Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous sales experience required; new home sales experience preferred.
• Current local Real Estate license required.
• Social media experience to drive sales traffic strongly preferred.
• Ability to connect with people and develop professional relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and cooperate with others.
• Decision-making based on facts, data, and metrics.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and provide literature, POS info, and handouts.
• Respond to customer requests for further assistance or information.
• Demonstrate models, homes, and sites; discuss floor plans and options.
• Overcome objections and close the sale while ensuring satisfaction.
• Receive offers and refer financing questions to KBHS lender.
• Document sales transactions; follow up on loan apps; monitor sales/cancellations.
• Conduct weekly follow-up calls with buyers until closing.
• Keep sales models and community maintained and clean.
• Keep marketing materials updated and ready for distribution.
• Generate 50% of new prospects via networking and referrals.
• Create/use CMA and data-driven tools to sell homes.
• Contact brokers and present to attract them to communities.
• Host grand openings and community events.
