Job summary

KB Home is seeking a New Home Sales Counselor to meet with prospective buyers, present the benefits of our newly constructed homes, and guide them toward closing. You will demonstrate models, discuss floor plans and options, respond to inquiries, and generate new prospects with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include scheduling visits, coordinating with the preferred lender KBHS, and maintaining up-to-date marketing materials while following up with buyers through to closing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current local Real Estate license required.
• Experience using social media to drive sales traffic strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and provide literature, information, and handouts.
• Demonstrate models and homes, discuss floor plans, construction, and options.
• Overcome objections and close the sale while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with our preferred lender (KBHS) for financing questions.
• Document sales and follow up on loan applications; monitor sales and cancellations.
• Conduct weekly follow-up with buyers until closing.
