Job summary

William Ryan Homes, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Counselor to sell new homes in Phoenix area communities. The role focuses on providing 100% customer satisfaction while meeting sales goals and delivering professional service from sale to warranty.

You will work at model home sales offices on weekends and select weekdays, with strong emphasis on customer engagement, knowledge of home designs, and relationships with brokers and developers.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of new home designs, options, and features.
• Proven aptitude for selling in residential homebuilding.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Two years of experience in new home sales or retail.

Responsibilities

• Sell homes at model home sales office on weekends and 3 days during the week, 10am-6pm, or by appointment.
• Provide outstanding customer service at all stages of the construction process – from sale, to close, to warranty.
• Maintain professional relationships within the Broker community and Developer liaisons.
• Actively participate in social media and direct mail campaigns to drive traffic to Sales Counselor.

Residential home builder, William Ryan Homes, is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Counselor to sell new homes in our Phoenix area communities. Duties And Responsibilities Include

• Work at Model Home sales office Saturday’s, Sunday’s and 3 days during the week, 10am - 6pm, or by appointment.
• Provide outstanding customer service at all stages of the construction process – from sale, to close, to warranty.
• Maintain professional and personal relationships within the Broker community and Developer liaisons.
• Actively participate in social media and direct mail campaigns to drive traffic to Sales Counselor

Requirements

• Ability to work independently
• Knowledgeable in new home designs, options, and features
• Proven aptitude for selling in residential homebuilding environment
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills

Preferred Experience/Education

• Two (2) years prior experience in New Home Sales or equivalent retail sales experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Other Requirements

• Minimal travel required; employee must own or lease a vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license with insurance coverage.
• Employee must have a cell phone with data package.
