Job summary

William Ryan Homes, a residential home builder in the Tampa Bay area, seeks an experienced Sales Counselor to sell new homes in our communities. You will provide personal and professional service, aiming for 100% customer satisfaction while meeting all sales goals.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in New Home Sales or equivalent retail experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work weekends at the model home with weekday hours.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Two (2) years prior experience in New Home Sales or equivalent retail sales experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Work at Model Home sales office Saturday’s, Sunday’s and 3 days during the week, 10am - 6pm, or by appointment.
• Provide outstanding customer service at all stages of the process – from pre-sale, to sale, to close, to warranty.
• Maintain professional and personal relationships within the Broker community and Developer liaisons.
• Actively participate in social media and direct mail campaigns to drive traffic to Sales Counselor.
• Knowledgeable in new home designs, options, and features; selling experience in residential homebuilding.

Duties And Responsibilities Include

• Work at Model Home sales office Saturday’s, Sunday’s and 3 days during the week, 10am - 6pm, or by appointment
• Provide outstanding customer service at all stages of the process – from pre-sale, to sale, to close, to warranty
• Maintain professional and personal relationships within the Broker community and Developer liaisons
• Actively participate in social media and direct mail campaigns to drive traffic to Sales Counselor
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledgeable in new home designs, options, and features Proven aptitude for selling in residential homebuilding environment

Other Requirements

• Minimal travel required; employee must own or lease a vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license with insurance coverage
