Mattamy Homes is seeking a New Home Counselor in Phoenix, AZ to lead the sales journey from lead to closing. You will qualify buyers, educate them on communities, and coordinate with design, mortgage, construction, and closing processes to deliver an exceptional home buying experience.

The role requires an active real estate license and 2+ years of onsite new home sales, with the ability to work evenings and weekends. Join a team focused on growth, customer service, and community development.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License is required.
• 2+ years of onsite new home sales experience.
• Business-minded salesperson with ability to meet goals and budgets.
• Proven ability to build trusting relationships with prospective home buyers.
• High energy, outgoing, professional demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads, educate buyers about products, drive sales volume, and guide buyers through the sales process.
• Develop a community business plan with marketing strategies and Realtor partnerships to meet sales goals.
• Educate buyers on community, products, and the overall process (design, mortgage, construction, closing).
• Qualify buyers for their community and communicate clearly with team members.
• Attend meetings and provide follow-up to ensure a seamless home buying experience.
• Meet customer service performance goals and stay informed of market conditions.
