KB Home is seeking a New Home Sales Counselor in the Phoenix area to meet with prospective buyers, explain benefits of our newly constructed homes, and close sales to create satisfied customers. This role is field-based, requiring in-person engagements at a community and frequent interaction with brokers and buyers.

Ideal candidates will have a local real estate license, sales experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current local Real Estate license required.
• New home sales experience preferred.
• Experience using social media to drive sales traffic preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a team and handle evenings/weekends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors with literature and handouts; provide information.
• Respond to customer requests for information or assistance.
• Demonstrate models, homes, and sites; discuss floor plans and options.
• Overcome objections and close sales; ensure customer satisfaction.
• Refer financing questions to preferred lender (KBHS).
• Document sales, follow up on loan applications, monitor sales.
