A residential home builder is seeking an experienced Sales Counselor to sell new homes in the Tampa Bay area. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer satisfaction while achieving sales goals. Responsibilities include working in the Model Home sales office, delivering outstanding customer service, and maintaining professional relationships. Preferred candidates will have two years of sales experience and knowledge of home designs. A competitive commission-based salary and full benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in New Home Sales or equivalent retail sales experience.
• Knowledge of new home designs, options, and features.
• Proven aptitude for selling in residential homebuilding environment.

Responsibilities

• Work at Model Home sales office on weekends and some weekdays.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
• Maintain relationships within the Broker community and Developer liaisons.
• Participate in social media and direct mail campaigns to drive traffic.
• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledgeable in new home designs, options, and features; proven aptitude for selling in residential homebuilding environment.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.

Residential home builder, William Ryan Homes, is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Counselor to sell new homes in our Tampa Bay communities. The right candidate is committed to selling our homes in a personal and professional manner, providing 100% customer satisfaction while meeting all assigned sales goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Work at Model Home sales office Saturday’s, Sunday’s and 3 days during the week, 10am - 6pm, or by appointment
• Provide outstanding customer service at all stages of the process – from pre-sale, to sale, to close, to warranty
• Maintain professional and personal relationships within the Broker community and Developer liaisons
• Actively participate in social media and direct mail campaigns to drive traffic to Sales Counselor
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledgeable in new home designs, options, and features; proven aptitude for selling in residential homebuilding environment
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills

Preferred Experience/Education

• Two (2) years prior experience in New Home Sales or equivalent retail sales experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Other Requirements

• Minimal travel required; employee must own or lease a vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license with insurance coverage
• Employee must have a cell phone with data package
