Schumacher Homes in Wilmington, NC seeks a New Home Consultant to help customers design the home of their dreams. This full-time sales role requires a dynamic personality, a drive to exceed goals, and the ability to guide customers through the home-building process.

Located at 10 Edgewood Lane NE, Winnabow, NC 28479, the position supports a 36-hour work week and on-site collaboration with our team. The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, effective communication, and CRM proficiency

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is required.
• New home sales experience is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Requirements

• Hours require Saturday and one late night per week.
• Previous sales experience is required. New home sales preferred.
• Must be efficient in utilizing Microsoft Office and familiar with a CRM (Salesforce).
