Job summary

Schumacher Homes is seeking a New Home Consultant to assist customers in designing the home of their dreams on a full-time basis. This on-site role emphasizes customer satisfaction and exceeding sales goals in a collaborative team environment.

Ideal candidates bring sales experience, a passion for home design, and proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce CRM. Weekend hours (Saturday and one late night) are required as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Hours require Saturday and one late night per week.
• Previous sales experience is required. New home sales preferred.
• Must be efficient in utilizing Microsoft Office and familiar with a CRM (Salesforce).
