Schumacher Homes, a premier on-your-lot homebuilder in the United States, seeks a New Home Consultant to assist customers in designing their dream homes and to deliver outstanding service. The role emphasizes relationship-building, prompt follow-through, and exceeding sales goals in a high-energy environment.

The successful candidate will have prior sales experience, enjoy the thrill of selling, and be comfortable using Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is required.
• New home sales experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with a CRM (Salesforce).

Requirements

• Hours require Saturday and one late night per week.
