Schumacher Homes is seeking a New Home Consultant in the Wilmington, NC market to help customers design their dream homes and guide them through the purchasing process.

This full-time sales role requires a dynamic personality, a drive to exceed goals, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Experience in new home sales and familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) are preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience required.
• New home sales preferred.

Requirements

• Hours require Saturday and one late night per week.
• Previous sales experience is required. New home sales preferred.
