Schumacher Homes is seeking a New Home Consultant to assist customers in designing their dream homes at our Franklin, NC location. This full-time sales role emphasizes customer satisfaction, effective communication, and performing to sales goals.

Ideal candidates have prior sales experience and a passion for homebuilding. A dynamic personality and comfort with a CRM (Salesforce) and MS Office are required. Weekend hours include Saturdays and one late night per week.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is required.
• New home sales experience preferred.
• Must communicate effectively with customers and team.
• Must enjoy sales and have a passion for meeting goals.
