• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate in Business/Marketing.
• 2+ years inside-outside sales experience, preferably in new construction.

Responsibilities

• Overcome objections to the sale using objection handling.
• Create urgency to buy.
• Register 100% prospects with complete demographic information and follow up.
• Achieve high customer satisfaction by setting expectations at purchase.
• Guide buyers through mortgage, lot purchase, finishes selections, and building process to closing.
• Provide coaching and support for others on the sales team.
• Utilize effective sales processes to build rapport and discover needs.
• Differentiate homes by presenting the building process and value to buyers.
• Qualify buyers financially through programs (conventional, FHA, VA) and tax benefits.
