We welcome former construction managers seeking a transition into sales. Responsibilities include handling objections, creating urgency, registering prospects, guiding buyers through mortgages and construction steps, and coaching peers.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of sales typically gained through construction sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Associates in Business, Marketing, etc. preferred.
• Exposure to construction field-operations (Superintendent, Field Engineer, Construction Manager) desirable.
• 2+ years of solid inside-outside sales experience, preferably in new construction home sales.
• Familiar with sales fundamentals: prospecting, sales, closing.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Overcome objections to the sale using established processes.
• Create urgency to buy and register prospects with complete data.
• Guide buyers through mortgage, lot purchase, and the construction process to a successful closing.
• Provide coaching and support to other sales team members.
