Qualified candidates will have 2+ years in inside-outside sales within new construction, plus a bachelor’s or associate degree in business/marketing. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree in business or marketing.
• 2+ years of solid inside-outside sales, preferably in new construction.
• Knowledge of sales fundamentals: prospecting, selling, and closing.

Responsibilities

• Overcome objections using established processes.
• Register prospects with complete demographic info and follow up regularly.
• Guide buyers through mortgage, lot purchase, and building process to closing.
• Provide coaching and support to sales team.
• Differentiate homes by presenting building process and value to buyers.
• Qualify buyers financially and explain financing options.
