Client Growth Resources, Inc. seeks a New Home Design-Sales Representative in New Bern, NC to lead the growth of a thriving homebuilding business.

You will leverage a proven track record in new home construction and sales to drive buyer engagement and closings. The role emphasizes handling objections, guiding buyers through mortgage and construction steps, and collaborating with the construction team to deliver customized plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, ideally in new home construction or related industries.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of solid inside-outside sales experience with a track record of meeting goals.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills; proficient with PC.

Responsibilities

• Overcome objections to the sale using established processes.
• Create urgency to buy and register prospective buyers with complete information.
• Guide buyers through mortgage, lot purchase, finishes, and construction steps to closing.
• Provide coaching and support to other sales team members.
• Utilize effective sales processes to build rapport and identify buyers' needs.
• Differentiate homes by presenting the building process and value.
• Qualify buyers financially and understand financing programs.
• Meet annual home sale targets to grow the business.
