Qualifications

• Experience in construction sales preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Business/Marketing.
• 2+ years inside-outside sales, preferably in new home construction.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and PC skills.
• Real estate license not required.

Responsabilités

• Overcome objections and push for sale.
• Register prospects with demographics and follow up.
• Guide buyers through mortgage, lot, finishes, and building process to closing.
• Provide coaching and share best practices with sales team.
• Differentiate homes by presenting building process and value.
• Qualify buyers financially and review plans with customer.
