Qualifications

• Knowledge of sales typically gained through construction sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s in Business, Marketing, etc. is preferred.
• Exposure to construction field-operations (Superintendent, Field Engineer, Construction Manager) is a plus.
• 2+ years of solid inside-outside sales experience, preferably in new construction home sales.
• Familiar with prospecting, sales, and closing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Overcome objections to the sale using defined processes.
• Create urgency to buy.
• Register 100% prospects with complete demographic information and follow up regularly.
• Achieve high customer satisfaction by setting proper expectations at purchase.
• Guide buyers through mortgage, lot purchase, and post-purchase steps to closing.
• Provide coaching and support to others on the sales team.
