Your Talent Team is seeking a New Home Design-Sales Representative in New Bern, NC to lead growth in a dynamic homebuilding business. The role blends construction knowledge with sales expertise and focuses on guiding buyers through design, financing, and the closing process.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of inside/outside sales in construction or new home sales, a Bachelor’s or Associate degree, and strong communication and closing skills. Real estate license is not required.

• Exposure to construction field operations is desirable.

• Qualify buyers financially and explain financing options.
