Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners in New Bern, NC seeks a New Home Design-Sales Representative to lead a growing homebuilding business. The role requires a proven track record in new home construction and sales, with strong business development capabilities to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of inside-outside sales experience in construction or related fields, and a Bachelor’s or Associate degree. Real estate licenses are not required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of solid inside-outside sales experience, preferably in new construction home sales.
• Knowledge of sales fundamentals: prospecting, selling, closing techniques.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills; PC proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Overcome objections to the sale using objection handling processes.
• Create urgency to buy and register 100% prospects with complete demographic information.
• Guide buyers through mortgage, lot purchase, finishes selections, and building process to closing.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support for others on the sales team.
• Utilize effective sales processes to build rapport and discover buyers’ needs and timing.
• Differentiate homes by presenting the building process and focusing on buyers’ needs.
• Financially qualify buyers with knowledge of finance programs (conventional, FHA, VA).
• Meet goals on home sales each year to grow the business.
