Saint Cyr Partners in New Bern, NC seeks a qualified New Home Design-Sales Representative to lead business development in a growing homebuilding operation. The role requires proven sales success in construction-related markets and a strong ability to guide buyers through financing, lot purchase, and the building process.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in inside-outside sales within new home construction, a business/marketing background, and the ability to articulate value to buyers.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of sales typically gained through construction sales or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or associate degree in business/marketing or related field preferred.
• Exposure to construction field-operations environment is a plus (e.g., Superintendent, Field Engineer, Construction Manager).
• 2+ years of inside-outside sales experience, preferably in new construction home sales.

Responsibilities

• Overcome objections to the sale using proven objection handling processes.
• Register 100% prospects with complete demographic information and follow up with buyers.
• Guide buyers through mortgage process, lot purchase, and building process to closing.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to other sales team members.
