ExcelliSearch, Inc. is seeking a New Home Design-Sales Representative in New Bern, NC. The role focuses on driving sales for a growing homebuilding business, leveraging construction industry knowledge and a strong business development background.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of solid inside-outside sales experience, preferably in new home construction, and a Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Business or Marketing. Real estate license is not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in new home construction or construction-related sales.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 2+ years of inside-outside sales experience, preferably in new home sales.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Real estate license not required or preferred.

Responsabilités

• Overcome objections to the sale using established handling processes.
• Create urgency to buy and register prospects with complete information.
• Follow up with prospective buyers and maintain regular contact.
• Guide buyers through mortgage, lot purchase, and home-building processes to close.
• Provide coaching and support to the sales team sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Use sales processes to build rapport and discover buyer needs and timing.
• Differentiate our homes by presenting our building process and value to buyers.
