Kingfisher Recruiting is seeking a New Home Design-Sales Representative for New Bern, NC. The role requires a track record in new home construction sales and strong business development. Transition candidates with construction management background are welcome.

Responsibilities include handling objections, registering prospects, guiding buyers through mortgages and lot purchases, and coaching the sales team. Target is high earnings with benefits and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of solid inside-outside sales experience, preferably in new construction.
• Experience with prospecting, sales and closing techniques.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Business/Marketing is desirable.
• Exposure to construction field-operations (superintendent/field engineer) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Overcome objections and create urgency to drive the sale.
• Register prospects with complete demographic information and follow up.
• Guide buyers through mortgage process, lot purchase, and building timeline.
• Provide coaching and support to others on the sales team.
• Differentiate our homes by presenting the building process and value to buyers.
• Financially qualify buyers and discuss finance programs and tax benefits.
• Meet annual home sales goals to grow the business.
